What is the LintLux Precision Lint Remover?
The LintLux is a precision lint remover built to effectively remove lint, fuzz, and fabric pills from clothing, upholstery, and accessories — leaving your garments looking sharp and well-maintained.
What are the SoftStep Shoe Inserts?
SoftStep Shoe Inserts are premium comfort insoles designed to provide cushioning, support, and a better fit — ideal for everyday wear, long days on your feet, or extending the life of your favourite shoes.
Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes. We offer fast nationwide delivery across South Africa — estimated 4–5 business days via Aramex Store-to-Door.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We aim to keep delivery affordable for all South African customers.
Can I return a product?
Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery through the Aramex Store-to-Door tracking portal.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order must follow our standard return process. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
How do I care for my ClosetCure™ products?
Each product includes usage guidance. For best results, store your LintLux and SoftStep inserts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
