Refund & Returns Policy
At ClosetCure™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Damaged products (unless faulty)
- Items not in their original condition
- Products returned without original packaging
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your ClosetCure™ order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us with your order details.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns — we suggest Aramex Store to Door for convenient, tracked returns
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.
